In the unlikely event your fish arrive deceased, take a photo of the fish on a paper towel within 3 hours of delivery and email sydneysangelsstore@gmail.com
You Have Options
In order to best serve you, we offer a prorated refund per deceased fish or we will ship replacement fish to you
Shipping Cost is Non-Refundable
We will do our absolute best to make things right when you are not happy with your purchase, however, we do not refund shipping costs
