The Emerald Dwarf Rasbora makes a wonderful addition to any nano aquarium. This nano fish doesn't have a mean bone in it's body! Emerald Rasbora are quite curious and active in the right conditions. These fish are egg scattering by nature and will readily breed in planted areas of your tank every day at first light! (Once they are sexually mature).
 
We recommend buying a school of at least 6 fish, since they can be quite shy without the safety of a school. This beautiful fish would also thrive in an aquarium with plenty of hiding spots.
 
The Emerald Rasbora has a slender body with a dark green base coloration, vertical black stripes, and beautiful orange accents. We find that these fish pair extremely well with Celestial Pearl Danios and will breed in the same tank as CPD's as well!
